AliPay will soon be a payment option now that Stripe has opened up their service. Global Payments via AliPay direct was proving unstable and overall difficult to use so via Stripe it's lookin good!

We want to inform you of an update of the pricing policy for managed VPS plans (First Class and Ultimate) on Hong Kong based servers. 

The prices for managed VPS plans in Hong Kong are going to be raised to $350 USD/month.

Since the introduction of our managed VPS services back in 2012, we have kept their prices in all datacenters the same, despite the fact that the costs are quite different. In the last couple of years, the gap of the costs for Hong Kong and the rest of the datacenters widened even more. Keeping the same high quality of our services, as well as staying profitable, is forcing us to introduce price updates.

The new prices are already in effect for new accounts.

For existing accounts, the prices will be in effect as of May 1, 2017. This means that existing accounts could be renewed at the old price for March and April, while the subscription for May and any following months will be at the new prices.

The prices of managed VPS plans in the rest of our datacenters remain unchanged.

Our software developers have scheduled a software maintenance that may affect the operation of our support and billing systems. The maintenance will occur on March 9, 2017, between 03:00 and 04:00 EST.

In the maintenance window, it is possible our support site SureSupport.com and any billing sections in all interfaces to be unavailable, for up to 10 minutes. Also, payments for new services, renewals, or upgrades may not be accepted.

where "your_server" is the primary hostname of the server your account is on (eg. https://mysql5-admin.s460.sure... for server s460.sureserver.com). You can check the primary hostname of your server on the left pane of your hosting Control Panel.

Today our software team disabled the access through other/older URLs. In case you have old bookmarks to phpMyAdmin in your browser (such as http://mysql5.admin.your_server.com), please update them accordingly.
